Leytonstone High Road (London Overground) Station is 0.5 mile away (10 min walk). Leytonstone Tube Station is less than a mile away (16 min walk). Take buses 58 or 308 to Dames Road (E7) to stops W or B.
By Road
From North Circular coming North: At Green Man Roundabout, take the 4th exit onto High Rd Leytonstone/A11, heading to Leyton/Manor Park/Forest Gate/A114. Turn left at Bush Rd/A114. Turn right at Blake Hall Rd/A114 and Continue to follow A114. Take the 2nd right onto Lake House Rd. Turn right at Harrow Rd/B161 Destination will be on the right. From North Circular coming South: Take the A118 exit toward Ilford. Turn left at Romford Rd/A118. Slight right to stay on Romford Rd/A118. Turn right at Woodgrange Rd/A114. Continue to follow A114 Turn left at Dames Rd/B161, you'll see destination on your right.

The course and the start are situated in the west part of the Playing Fields off Harrow Road.
